It's a big hello from me. Hi, my name is Shelley Britton. I'm extremely fortunate to own a Personal Development business that assists people in their everyday lives. This is an industry that is an essential tool in today's fast paced world, to say I am passionate about it is an understatement.
I am a true blue Aussie, and a mum to 2 outstanding teenagers. We are very fortunate to live in a fabulous community and family orientated city in Queensland.
The business we are in, allows for so much freedom, and creativity. We get to live life on our terms, which allows us to be very flexible. Both of my children are fully into their sports, my son has his Rugby & Gym and my daughter with her horse at Pony Club. With the work I do I am able to support them both with their choice of fun and I get totally involved. Not all parents get to do that.
Our lives are adventurous, and we pack in as much as we possibly can on a daily basis.
I'm driven & excited about working with motivated people who want to create a level of freedom and flexibility for themselves. However, that looks for you, is what I want for you. To create a life not yet travelled, and freedom not yet experienced. Here is your opportunity.

HOW DID I GET HERE? it was a personal journey in the beginning, I wanted something more for myself and so my personal development journey began all those years ago when I was in my late 20's early 30's. For me an online business that helps grow, support and develop new ways of living for others, was a natural progression, and so here I am. I have done my time in corporate sales, selling corporate products, working in those competitive worlds which just did not suit me anymore. I literally walked out of the door and I have never looked back.
THE CORPORATE WORLD~SOMEBODY ELSES DREAM: I did mention that I have been on a personal development journey for a big part of my life, and it has been hugely beneficial. I recommend it to everyone. After spending many years working really hard in small to medium sized business's for others I still kept searching for my Nirvana. Funnily enough I never did find it working for others. I was so unhappy, unfulfilled and quite frankly angry. When I looked around, I noticed many people get to a point in their lives and think 'What am I Doing HERE' and that was exactly how I felt. When I was introduced to this opportunity, it was like a light bulb moment. In that moment it was about me, but the real upside is that now I can help others to experience a life that they can be truly ecstatic about living life on their terms, and that seriously excites the hell out of me.
MY FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS: My journey started when a friend and I decided we were going to do a personal development programme. The short story is that I did the weekend programme and went on to complete the leadership progammes, and lead the programmes myself (my friend at the time did not join me) however I loved every minute of my time and pulled to teachings to me like there was no tomorrow. I went on to work in for 'OTHER companies' and delivered programmes. I took what I knew and learnt along the way and utilised those skills in everything I did whilst working for 'OTHER companies'. Unfortunately, I found myself so unhappy and totally unfulfilled and looking back going how did I get here? When I learnt about this business, I knew that this was for me. I could create my own way of doing things, in my own time and my own terms. And so.......here I am.
THIS BUSINESS....MY HAPPY PLACE: The business that I was led to that day, is the business that I am in today. I get to represent award winning Personal Development products. Tapping into a global economy and connecting with clients from all over the Globe. It's an absolute privilege to work with incredible entrepreneurs, who are simply the best in their field.

15 yrs in Multi Level Marketing ended in me being disillusioned with the ratio of payback to time invested. I returned to a waged job but felt unfulfilled and hated the restrictions of set hours and being on a limited wage. I'm very grateful to have found this opportunity.
